After graduating from a hospitality/culinary school in FL and working in different hotels and restaurants for 7 years, I decided to become an entrepreneur and open my own food service company in Colombia with renowned brands such as Mystique (fine dining restaurant), Delaire (restaurant bar), and Suegra (casual restaurant and catering). Mystique Restaurant and I had the honor of being awarded the Five Star Diamond Award, granted by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences.
